BCMS takes meteorites to the Hill for NASA Science Showcase

Graduate students Joey Kulenguski and Anna Kulenguski joined SESE faculty Gwenyth Gordon and Luis Welbanks at the inaugural Showcase of NASA Funded Research to highlight NASA research in SESE ranging from astronaut bone health to exoplanet atmospheres.  Anna and Joey brought meteorites from the Moon, Mars, Vesta and C-type asteroids from the BCMS collection to highlight the importances of sample science to space exploration and planetary defense.  Photo Credit: Julie Castillo-Rogez.
